- This serum is an advanced lightening formulation that includes powerful lightening agents that increase cell-turnover rate and decrease deep melanin sediment
- This complex serum reduces and inhibits tyrosinase activity to restore the skin’s natural tone
- Contains Kojic acid, Lactic acid and Ferulic acid: all decrease melanin content and breaks down existing melanin pigments, treating pigmentation
- Contains Mandelic acid aids in increasing cell turn over rate thus reducing pigmentation
- Contains Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) that helps reduce pigmentation of the skin
- It has Hypnea Musciformis Extract, Gelidiella Acerosa Extract and Sargassum Filipendula Extract, aiding in soothing and have an anti-inflammatory effect
- This serum has high concentrations of Hyaluronic Acid
- It contains Mulberry of Japan Extract, a natural brightener that comes from the leaf of mulberry trees grown in Japan. This whitener also prevents inflammation and slows down the aging process with its antioxidant properties
- The serum also has Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) that inhibits the transfer of melanosomes to keratinocytes and reduces pigmentation of the skin. It is also shown to increase ceramide and free fatty acid levels in the skin and prevent the skin from losing water content
- In addition, it has Green Tea Extract, a potent antioxidant that guards cells from harmful free radical damage
- Finally, this serum has Aloe Barbadensis Gel (Aloe Vera) used for its healing and soothing properties. It also moisturizes and strengthens skin cells, calms sunburns, and repairs damaged tissues to reduce the appearance of scars
How to use
Use a small amount (approximately 1 pea-size amount) onto your hand. Apply evenly to the entire clean face, extending to the hairline, and ending with a feathering motion, or as directed by your physician during your nightly routine. Apply sunscreen during the day.
- In our regimen, we recommend using A-Luminate Lightening serum first, let it dry, then apply A-Luminate Renewing Lotion at night only.
