Account

Below are some common questions about opening accounts and account related problems

Order & Shipping

Below are some common questions about order & shipping’s

We offer free shipping on local orders (UAE) that exceed 270 AED. Delivery within the UAE will occur within one to three business days. 

We offer free shipping on international orders that exceed $180 with standard shipping option for several countries.

Shipping charges will be calculated on checkout if bill is less than the amount mentioned above.

Unfortunately, currently we do not offer cash on delivery service. We will inform you once this feature is available. 

We currently deliver to almost everywhere!

We do not currently offer time window selections. Our delivery partner will contact you as soon as the order has been processed to confirm the delivery.

Returns & Exchange

Below are some common questions about Return & Exchange

We can issue refunds once a payment has been confirmed and you wish to cancel the order if no shipping has been done. Once shipping has been processed, we do no refund original shipping fees or shipping costs.

    1. Product must reach us to initiate the refund of cancellation 
    2. Please note that it may take your financial institution approximately 7-14 business days to reflect this transaction.

In general, you can get a refund if returning a defective product or an exchange without shipping costs.
